LI: To use Adobe Express to create the setting of a recount
Today we read a recount and talked about the structure, the words in the story and the author’s purpose. This recount was about a boy who was learning to windsurf. He wasn’t very good but his dog was. I think the author wrote this to entertain the reader because it was super funny. After we did this we got to use Adobe Express to make the setting of the story. I had super fun making this drawing because I had to think about the words I used and sometimes they were wrong so I had to change them. My picture shows Buddy the dog on the windsurfer and the boy in the water because he had fallen off the windsurfer.
